s1mple's plays are not just aim and showmanship. Really disciplined and intelligent plays. Btw 16:9 is not that bad. I got my new PC and switched to 16:9 and I can tell you it's a matter of time before you get used to it. Also people are peeking a bit "slower" because you are not restricting your monitor to show you less pixels. So ferrari peeks are not that common.

they are its just a matter of perception, you are able to be much faster on 16:9 than 4:3

Entry fraggers use 4:3 - easier to aim at the cost of peripheral Lurkers use 16:9 - you get more info Problem solved

btw hellzerk is playing with less monitor inch less. There is a function on zowie monitor is dropping inch like to 24 to 17/18/19/21 or like that. Im pretty sure is using 18 inch at monitor zowie and blackbars 1280*960.

I use a wide 1280 by 960 and I have a 14-inch lenovo laptop, but it looks very bad at 16:9, it's a total mess, I can't describe it, but for a 12-17-inch laptop, it's a complete anthem

yup this is what was a game changer for me in csgo but unfortunately due to low specs and this resolution just doesn't work with me in cs2. The spray and movement feels weird.

because they thing they need to use it to be best. its a mind game. some old pro use 4:3 becuase they come from cs1.6 there was only 4:3. they played years with it adapt very hard. so they still use 4:3 in go. Some need player coming they look up at them, what be like them, and use it to, to be good. after times they adapt to it too.... and now people thing 4:3 is pro thing. but thats not true. you can play 1080 HD if u adapt to it you will be same good. Look at ropz

no matter wich res. importen is that u play 1 res and 1 sensivity only in every game you play many years. so your brain adapt to it. if you change it to often you will had not really performance. because your brain need learn everytime new in every game, and your reaction will lose time. you can play today in every game HD 1080. play it just figure out wich sensivity is same like in csgo. never ever change this. even if u suck. you should play 2 years one sensivity to put it in your deep brain cabinet.
