Light/dark, black/white, etc… The universe doesn’t see things as good bad it’s all just experience. It’s hard to wrap our minds around it but every good or bad thing that happens is for soul growth actually learning some type of lesson from every experience. Hope this helps some. Collectively we actually create this reality we’re experiencing by our thoughts and way of life. It manifests into the most probable events outcomes paths etc… this earth school has played out many different ways many different times. This is our current “story”. I love that Alex asks chandlers and psychics what the future will hold. But the real questions I have for channelers are: “if we start to stray of the path of pursuing higher conciousness, how can we know, can you educate us how to be aware of this, we’ve never done it before and we definitely need instruction” and also “if earth is the planet of emotion and souls come here to learn how to deal with emotions… does that mean our higher self and even high consciousness beings still struggle with dealing with emotion?” What is the path that we need to take the learn how to love our emotions, accept them, and cope with them without being destructive to our psyche or others?

For me, the way I am alerted to straying from "the path" is that things in my life begin to get difficult. And I start to automatically REACT with LOTS of emotions to things instead of Respond from a more mellow and knowledgeable, patient place, with wisdom. Hi I'm newly awakened and I have been watching videos, trying to understand what is happening to me (I have just started reading Sophia Code) I have just recently started meditating, each time I meditate I feel this sensation at the back of my head and a warmness coming into my right side of my body then tears start to roll down my face, the feeling is beautiful. I know from what I have read so far that I let this feeling/sensation flow through me. My question is why do I cry and what do I do now? Tia Love your podcasts
