I made one of your rice. Only the difference I had a leftover rice. I tried with that. It is absolutely came so good. . I used one green chilly also. Now it's finger licking good. I never realize how closely Ghanaian dishes resemble Haitian dishes. with the exception of that Indian inspired rice, any one of the others looked like they came right out of my kitchen specially the jolloff and that rice and bean at the end.

I love rice and a lot of your rice dishes will be part of my meal plan.....however, the jollof rice receipe is tomato, crayfish, thyme and curry based with ginger and habaneros......what you made was a version of spanish rice and not jollof but i will still make it. Looks delicious all the same.
