I found some cheap PX sherry after crimbo (reduced to clear) - it had reportedly won lots of awards so I thought I'd like it, but I didn't. Just tried mixing it with some Jack Daniels that someone also gave me for christmas and it's quite nice! Wondering if it could form the basis of a cocktail - perhaps with iced tea...?

Jack Daniels, can of fizzy apple tango and freshly queezed Apple juice with one or two shots of Apple Jack Daniels. My wife loves it, although she does love apple.
