I had forgotten that when I was a young girl my mom used to make us pizza rolls like you did! She would also occasionally make cheeseburger roll ups like that too with browned crumbled ground beef, shredded cheese and ketchup, mustard, Mayo and chopped pickles. My little girl (Adelynne) starts kindergarten this year and she's a bit of a picky eater so I'm planning on packing her lunch depending on the menu. My mom is a retired teacher and my dad a retired firefighter/ city worker. One of my "jobs" as a kid was to pack my lunch as well as their lunches. Your ideas are so much more creative than the sandwiches, fruit, yogurt and chips (or dinner leftovers) that I packed back then. I still pack my lunch for work these days. I been using flour tortillas put a little sauce cheese pepperoni roll them spray with oil and put in airfryer for 4 minutes and done I cut them up into rolls the kids eat it with ranch or pizza sauce
