You have to be a Loan Signing Agent to make more money as a notary. That’s another class (1day only) one must take to be certified.

That's funny. I recently became a Notary Signing Agent. I do it on the side and make roughly $100-200 a week. My friend does is full time and makes $4k-7k a month. I just want to be more involved and real estate as I see as the best way to achieve financial freedom

What’s better a real estate agent or notary? Can you do both for different companies or do it have to be in one company?
@tatianabritton62583 жыл бұрын
That answer varies by state but in most you can be a notary and a real estate agent. However you cannot be both elements during a transaction because that will be a huge conflict of interest.

Thanks Retipster, I sold t-shirts, websites, and plumbing cameras a few years back. Kind of got tired of it. Looking for something interesting that I could enjoy and make a few bucks. Don't need to make much. Just a few hundies as pocket money, lol. Yes, I can still do websites, programming, plumbing camera, t-shirts, hats, mugs, etc. They take time of course.

The notary thing doesn’t seem like it would work when they can go to their bank and get it done for free
@jalabi995 жыл бұрын
It does work. Not every bank is open on the weekends for instance.
@125henni5 жыл бұрын
@@jalabi99 or open very late either. From what i understand alot of Real Estate contracts need to get notarized after normal work hours, because the people looking for housing have regular jobs also. So if you were to brand yourself as an after hours notary for example that could be a niche you could pick up.
@RishonaCampbell4 жыл бұрын
A bank isn't going to notarize a random real estate transaction. Yes, there are many free notary services out there, but they often offer it as a service to their existing customers (and it is simple stuff - like attestations and what not -- I am a PA notary btw).
@wendybcardinale3 жыл бұрын
Doesn't necessarily work like that. When I refinanced my house, the title company sent their mobile notary to my house.
@jenny-DD2 жыл бұрын
Notary is now paying $5 as it's online now... 👎
@Retipster2 жыл бұрын
I think that depends on the client and the job. I've got a good friend who is a mobile notary and regularly makes over $100 per job (that's what he told me last week).
