Your 5 habits focus more on simplifying your life around others by - 1. Not following societal timelines; 2. Not reacting quickly to others; 3. Not letting other people control our agendas; 4. Not buying things to please others; 5. Not falling into peer pressure /society expectations of us. These are great advise, but there's also another important habit which I believe have helped me simplify my life immensely is maintaining good health (both physical and mental) through exercising and meditation. Poor health can quickly complicate one's life when you are not able to perform many tasks or work to support yourself/family. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
