If you are just starting out, shoot for an entry level role like HelpDesk/Desktop Support. Then you can work our skills to transition to a system administration or similar role. Things that might help the process are Projects, Degrees or Certifications.

Depends on what you are passionate about and what your more interested in. Pentest definitely a completely different field of IT that's more inline with cyber security. If you go the Sysadmin route, I'd go cloud. Cloud is the future. The Sysadmin role is changing that evolving into the cloud.

Henok, you have a very soft voice, probably sounds great without distraction, but the music makes it impossible for me to absorb what you are teaching. I definitely felt the same, or at least turn it way down. Snare and hi-hat clicking over drone synth for 10 minutes in fatiguing when trying to pay attention.
