Pet friendly rentals yes, but affordable is relative. Most places allow pets for a monthly fee. Renting a home will be a better option than some of the apartments offered in Oviedo.

It can get a bit congested on Red Bug and Mitchell Hammock due to the rapid growth but it's really relative because other areas of Orlando are unbearable and most of Oviedo is still pretty good
