Haha 😂. We’ve been lucky to not have any rain this time. Mostly sunshine but the cold has been brutal. Van doors have been iced shut in the morning 🥶. But that’s winter van life lol. The park up was at Cuil Bay. Spoke with a few locals to double check it was all cool. Even though we’ve been before. Things can change with park ups. We were the only ones over night. Well worth a visit. Saw seals but didn’t get anything on film.

@sandralee7347 Brilliant, we haven’t been to Helmsdale or Loch Craggie. So these are on our list now 🤗. We see Helmsdale isn’t far from Golspie, where we have a lovely little park up we visit most times we’re in Scotland. So we’ll defo venture up a bit further. Thanks for the recommendations 😎🤙🏽

We’d seen a few deer on the sides of the road, which had been hit by vehicles. Wonder why they venture down more in the winter. It was incredible to see them in front of the mountain though 🙏😎

@TristandKez Everything...Arran is Scotland in miniature.. Mountains,lochs,castles, beaches,whisky,7 golf courses,good walks,good food,amazing park ups.... Wildlife everywhere..Deer,seals, Eagles,red squirrels,otters.. Highland coos........

Well that’s everything we love. I think when the weathers on the upside we’ll start heading to the islands and Isle of Arran is top of the list. Any other tips for Arran please do share 😍🙏. Thanks for the suggestion 🤙🏽

hi guys I'm new to your channel just wondered how much petrol and milage for the van plus is it low insurance as am thinking on buying one this year Ty guys

Hey Dave, thanks for dropping us a comment and welcome to the channel 🤙🏽. We can do about 350 miles on a full tank before the petrol light comes on. That was one of our best journeys 🤣 for fuel consumption. Think that’s about 26 mpg. Worse on shorter journeys but that to be expected. Can’t remember on the insurance 😬. Don’t think it was crazy though. She’s not as fast as our old T5 but we just relax into driving Old Gertie and watch the world go by. Literally because most things are faster than us 🤣 Any other questions, just give us a shout 😎🤙🏽
