Discipline and consistency is key. I hired a coach 5 years ago. He taught me all the training and meal planning details. At 40 I won the NPC Masters Division. It's easier than you think. Spend some money and get a good coach. 90% diet, 10% training and recovery. Take it from an old dog like me. Hygiene is most definitely important too. Best to you all!

Because there is some truth to this. Fresh and Fit do a poor job at talking about male physical attractiveness and its role in attracting women. They live in Miami which is the capital city of Clout so all they see is guys with clout and assume that you have to be a rapper to attract tons of women. Most cities are not like Miami and instead most guys have average status. Instead, girls look at your face, height and physique and then take into mind the other things that come with attraction. If you happen to have the rare 1% clout then yes, it will over ride everything else but 99% of men do not
