Detailed description of the Synergy trucks:
Highly Customizable & Versatile
1. Adjustable hanger width: 160mm, 154mm, 148mm, 142mm, so they will fit decks with different width.
2. Adjustable rear truck angle from 20 degree to 40 degree, which will change the turn/lean ratio of the board to suit the needs of different riders as well as decks with different inner bolt wheelbase.
3. The trucks use readily available standard longboard bushings: 15mm bushings on the road side & 19mm ones on the board side. No proprietary bushings needed, so you have more choices from different brands.
4. Low ride height to suit more riding styles, even with Qwik quick release system, they won't be too high.
5. They can carve, they can pump, they can grind, and they can even handle some entry level LDP missions. Use your imagination and experiment with different bushing setups.

Buttery Smooth and Large Range of Motion
1. Double spherical bearings allows super smooth motion with ZERO sloppiness.
2. 'Correct' geometry - the pivot pin of the hanger is perfectly aligned with the rotation axis - no unexpected movement or resistance within the system. So the bushings (both shape & duro) play a big role in defining the riding characteristics.
3. No hard stops, which enables a large range of motion for these trucks.
4. Made of forged 6061-T6 aluminium, followed by precision CNC and finished with anodizing. Strong, smooth and precise.

Frikkin genius! There is a velodrome in Melbourne along the Yarra near Glenferrie Road I always drop in on when I skate past, and gun a circuit or 3, but it seems obvious (NOW) it is perfect for a surf skate. Cyclists seem bemused but pretty chill once you touch base with them or make sure (after watching) you avoid their lines so they can stay in the zone. They always seem to get into passing must make them feel faster or make training more interactive to gun past. They always nod/wave bye seeming upset when I give up. I suppose even cyclists like sharing with someone that understands the grind and never-ending push. Can't believe I have never hit the velodrome up on a surf-skate

Yes. Surfskates are always taller than an equivalent skateboard. This is because they turn way more than typical skateboard trucks, so if you didn't have it tall, the wheel would bite into the deck causing a crash. If you want a low board that can also be pumped, then I highly recommend the Pantheon Supersonic that is way more efficient in a straight line than pretty much any surfskate, but it isn't nearly as fun to carve on as almost any surfskate.

I guess a velodrome has a smoother surface than track, because I had huge problems pumping on my YOW Meraki with stock wheels! I had better luck on the smoother concrete entrance path! Felt sticky, but oddly I could skid quite easily. I didn't understand...

Hi, Shane! I am going to visit AU for the next few weeks. Got one important question for we surfskate lovers: how can we take surfskate board on airlines? for example, flight from MEL to BNE.

@ricktang7691 not sure, but I put mine in the suitcase, it fits diagonally and with Qwiktruks, I just had to slide the trucks off

Bonjour Shane Lai, est ce que ces trucks peuvent être bon pour pomper de l'avant (faire un point A vers un point B). Ils semblent super bien tourner pour les parc et les bowlsl mais j'utilise ma planche aussi, juste pour me déplacer. Je pose la question sans avoir à changer les bushings, seulement les réglages des trucks (puisqu'ils sont réglables) Merci!
