I think this is fake inflation and unreasonable pricing since best construction quality cost of a 3bhk of 1500 sqft doesnt cost more than 20 lakhs(I got 2flats made, one in delhi & the other in noida).There is no shortage of raw material which is equally cheap to build and supply new floors on top of existing ones. Since not many people are buying from past 2- 3 years due to inflated prices, so the circle rate of lot many sectors too have come down

Jaypee mein ek Villa jo 6.5 cr ka tha wo 10 cr ka kyon ho gaya Land cost bhi nhi badhi, construction already ho chuka tha Kabhi socha hai rate kyon badh gaya. Koi transaction bhi nhi hua... Iska matlab hai ye ek cycle thi jo complete ho gyi
