I hated working on the engine in this thing, had to remove the fuel rail just to change the spark plugs, ridiculous.

They are not fun to work on but thankfully they break a lot less than the 3 valves.

I agree, love my expedition, the fuses boxes for the 03-06 expedition have a pesky issue with the fuel pump relay going bad, causes it to fry the pcm relay for whatever reason, and the fuel pump relay is soldered to the board, so just count on replacing the fuse box, factory or refurbished. Not all of the have that issue but alot do
