Knightdale is growing for sure..since 2020 Knightdale has seen a 56% growth other towns close by seeing similar growth like Clayton trailing behind at 53%, Wendell 47%, and Rolesville 125%..The Raleigh Triangle suburbs are exploding with growth! 😯

Hi Brandy, we are renting in Clayton right now .😅 We’ve been here just little over a month now and been looking for houses everywhere, getting little frustrated. Really miss the beach now. We’re from OC, kind of between Dana Point and Laguna Niguel.

It’s definitely a huge transition from OC to Clayton 😅 My hubby lived in Dana Point and my family lived in Laguna Niguel (beautiful) 😍 we missed the beach so so much we bought a 2nd home here at Emerald Isle (still doesn’t compare to CA beaches pero 🤷🏼‍♀️) what are you finding is your biggest frustration in finding a home here?

@@LifeInRaleighNC Can’t decide where to live. Before we came here I wanted to live in Cary, but when we’re here now I feel like Cary are all sold out😓. The new development is very far west, I still like little close to the city, more convenient. Actually yesterday we went to see a house in Wendell fall and after that we drove through Knightdale station just want to see if we live in Wendell fall where is the closest shopping area. 😓

Hi, we’re considering looking at homes in Knightdale Station but are interested in a quiet neighborhood. We love the sound of children playing and families gathering but would that amphitheater sound travel to the neighborhood? We currently live o er two miles from an amphitheater but the driving beat of bass and drums can last all day during summer concerts and festivals. We’d rather not have that problem again.

We escaped NY to kdale in 1996. My wife worked at the Knightdale Library when it was next to the old chamber. She then worked at East Regional Library in KD when it opened. We have since moved to Flowers but are still very connected to KD. We attend Crosspoint Community Church just down from the Library and next to the public safety building. (Police /Firehouse) I remember KD before it exploded. 64 was a nightmare and the only thing there was the Walmart, Winn-Dixie and Food Lion. The town has changed big time. Now with 87 and 540 getting around is much easier and anything you want is right there. Great town and great people.

My daughter LOVES the KD Library! Its her happy place. We just did the glow walk last week too. Crosspoint isn't too far from where we live. There's definitely been alot of changes even in just the 5 yrs we've lived here. And in your area in Flowers Plantation! I spend alot of time in your area as well its a great community in Clayton too 😊

Hi Patricio! Thanks for watching. We’ve lived here in Knightdale for 5 yrs and haven’t had issues feeling unsafe personally. It’s a great town, but just like any other there will be issues in areas. Two sites we found helpful when researching areas to consider living are spotcrime.com and neighborhoodscout.com . Hi there! Even though it sounds like a lot of rain it doesn’t seem like it (unlike Oregon) it has its rainy times but we have plenty of sunshine in between and many of the days of it raining. Sometimes it’s off n on all day while others it can be 10 min to an hour and we can go weeks with nothing. All of us have really enjoyed the rain overall. The only hard times is if we get a hard downpour while driving it can be extremely hard to see but as quick as it happens it goes again.
