Great video Andy, love your dramatic and comedic approach. I currently game (for the last 2 seasons) a 3 and 4 Cleveland Halo Launcher ...I absolutely love these, I'll never sell them or take them out of the bag other than to use, or clean them....remarkable 2 clubs. I'd consider this 2024 driver, no matter the sound or feel. I currently have a Taylormade Sim Max 2, don't care for the feel or the sound on it., but it performs well.
@jeffreyewing11686 күн бұрын
I switched to the XL2 driver about a month ago. I tried the Callaway and Taylormade, for more than half the price, I get the same or better results. I also got the 3 wood, and I hit it as far as the other drivers I hit. The sound is loud, but it can be overlooked.

Nice video! I’ve had a Cleveland wedge in my bag for years - love it. The adjustment on the driver is impressive. I’ve just got my first driver that can be adjusted (yes, I’m finally joining 21st century golfers!) and I’ve read if you lower the loft, it promotes a fade. Is that your experience, Andy?

I wonder what gets people when they see some monetisation of time in videos with products that make sense and helps the creator/brand and diverts viewers mind off for a minute or so towards something that could help them too. Totally a big supporter of friends trying their best and doing their best. Great video here. Getting me some more cleves in bag. The dodgy part being is to Hywood or just wood

Really well done with the intro to this video. Gets the message across and entertaining too. I was tempted to buy the Cleveland Launcher Turbo from a couple of years back, it worked well for me when I tried it, but that one had no adjustability, which is what ultimately put me off. Cleveland was one of my favourite brands back when Vijay played them, so the brand name wouldn't bother me at all. In fact I have last year's Halo 5 wood. Good club, just a little on the light side. I have Cleveland wedges too.

I don't think people who buy Cleveland, Tour Edge, or Wilson drivers are worried that much about resale. I think they buy them because they see them on the course, being used by similar folk who didn't have to risk divorce to get a decent drive in play.

@@TheAverageGolfer I use the launcher halo irons. It confounds some since I play to a 9, but the score card does not lie and they keep more bad shots in play than my Cobra forged tec did. Egos are for the frustrated and their high scores punctuated by one or two great shots.

@@TheAverageGolferI agree with you. I've been hitting the Cleveland XL lite and I was thinking the club was too light for distance because someone from a pro shop told me the club was too light for distance. Then I watched your video on this club again. And I was watching the the pro with this driver compared to other drivers like the aero jet and the dark speed. His results with the dark speed max are the same with the xl launcher lite. So I'm looking at that and I'm saying to myself what else do I need to see? I don't need to see anymore data on this club. I've already seen the comps to this club. A model 2 years later that's supposedly the latest and the greatest with the dark speed max gives the same results as the lite. What we have to look at is ball speed. If we're not hitting the club so far or with not enough carry then our ball speed is too low. We have to get the swing speed and ball speed up. We don't need to change the club
