Whole fruits are good regardless of sugar as it is the fiber within the fruit that slows down glucose intake. Not sure when people started demonizing fruits, but eating it whole is better than juicing- hence why you get fuller. The act of chewing also signals your brain that you are full, so yes-whole fruits.

Dear Krissy, Can I just say, after following you, you gave me the CONFIDENCE BOOST I needed to go to the gym and give weight lifting a go! I'm 3 years in and have seen a plateau and when I tell you I have seen TREMENDOUS change in my fitness since I started! I am going to download evolve you to help me with structuring and routine and following it so I can progressively overload properly but I just wanted to say THANK YOU THANK YOU TIMES A MILLION! PS: For those of you who have the privilege of meeting Krissy in person, I can confirm she is the SWEETEST and KINDEST PERSON you could meet!! Literally an angel!

Love how simply put this video was for us who are not experts. Personally, I struggle a bit with nutrition and how to properly meal prep, now I have a better idea. Also, want to thank you and your team for the Evolve You app, it gave me a structure and I actually look forward to each workout. I can see my body slowly changing and what working out did for my mental health is mind-blowing actually. I now laugh that I go to the gym to "relax" (mentally) 😀 Thank you, once again, for this video. P.S: You are absolutely glowing, Krissy❤

I can’t say this ENOUGH 8 sleep is worth the money! And the weight change I saw when I first changed in eating Whole Foods and meal prepping crazy. I didn’t even incorporate the gym at that point, it was the only change I made. And now i make it a fun thing (cause I hate cooking) I put on a movie/show I love, blast music, and a fun drink and snack as I cook.

Thank you, very helpful! All the mistakes you mentioned are the ones I made when I started my workout journey, and it disrupted my hormones. Now, I need to pause to focus on balancing them. I think it’s time for me to take a detour and make the necessary corrections.

A lot of the time when I get to talking fitness with other women they’re making a lot of the same mistakes. (1) consistency. Building a physique you’re proud of takes time and it takes getting in the gym 2-4x/week (bare minimum) and really pushing yourself for months or years. This is a marathon, not a sprint, and if you’re creating a plan for yourself that you can’t stick to (it’s too restrictive or too ambitious too soon) then you aren’t going to get anywhere. (2) food. You need to eat to build muscle. You will put on some fat during a bulking cycle. It is expected. You can lose it later but let yourself eat enough to efficiently put on tissue. (3) genetics and/or photoshop and/or flattering angles. People need to be realistic with themselves. I am someone who naturally finds it very easy to put on weight in my butt and thighs, not so much in my stomach, I’m not particularly prone to significant hip dips, and I keep my cup size (30-32 D-DD) unless I cut down incredibly far (further than is comfortable or sustainable for me). I honestly don’t have any control over that, I was born this way, and I can’t give anybody advice on how to do the same because l, for better or worse, it’s not really a choice I’m making. neither can anybody else. Those things are mostly genetic. Everyone is a little different and there are just some things you have limited control over. You can’t compare yourself to other people because their body and their life and their preferences just could be different than yours.

Krissy I am so glad I found you last month. I started my weight training journey a year ago with my husband at age 57 after years of yoga and cardio and hiit training, in order to build bone density, plus the intensity exercises were causing me to hold on to an extra 10 pounds. So glad I have you as my personal trainer who explains the mechanics, the why and how of every exercise with your giftedness and talent, humor and transparency. Your genuine care combined with your incredible knowledge of holistic exercise and health made me an instant fan. I would love your advice on post menopausal training. I am doing your full intense workouts but I know I am suppose to balance intensity based on hormones. I’d love your advice. Thank you Krissy and God bless you in motherhood.

This girl is cute , but I hope when she gets older and people are less interested in her she will not complain that it is because she is no longer young... Poor girl must have more to offer than her looks , relying on her physical appeal is a recipe for bitterness and disappointment in the future .

I always find it hard to eat good amount of food. having 120 grams of protein, and over 2000 calories is so hard for me since it’s a lot of food in general. I try to eat good source of protein, but it’s not like I can afford to have good protein every day. I still try not to rely on supplements, but having over 2000+ calories food just makes me too full at the end of the day😢 That’s why a lot of people have supplements and filler calories.
