More reasons: You are eating at maintenance level. The sodium in your diet is too high. (one of the main factors), You are underestimating the sneaky calories. You are losing cm/inches while the weight stands still. You are not getting enough fiber. Your makros are wrong. You take too many painkillers. (Yes, that makes you constipated. Your medication. You are just constipated in general, lol You are entering or are in perimenopause, switch to the Galveston diet. You need to incorporate intermittent fasting. You are still having alcohol even if it's a small amount. You lack certain nutrients. You probably have a shortage of vitamin A. No, seriously, check your diet/nutrients on my fitness pal. See for yourself. You have a severe shortage of Vit D. Most likely. Your hormones are not regulated. You probably need testosterone/estrogen as a woman. You have adrenal fatigue. Your stress levels are too high. You don't move enough. You can't out exercise a bad diet. You don't know the difference between food addiction and binge eating disorder. You battle with insomnia. You have sleep apnea. The food you eat comes from ground of which the nutrients are depleted. The dairy you have are high in hormones. You think salmon is healthy. (You don't know the difference between wild caught or farmed raise). Your gut health is terrible. You keep on taking those antibiotics the doc gives you. The list goes on and on and on...

the moment you said "too much cardio" I knew everyone will be latching onto that. I'm assuming that exercising like every other day is fine, and by too much, you mean ppl who exercise same time of thing EVERY DAY, and often multiple hours a day? for some ppl exercise is full time job, and that becomes a problem, but that's highly unlikely and ppl who do traditional amount of exercise but have stopped losing weight, should probably be looking into other issues...

You have my hair standing on end just a tad talking about needing K2 when taking a Ca supplement. As part of cancer treatment I opted to have my ovaries removed which of course put me straight into menopause at 41. I’ve been taking 2 Ca & Vit D tablets everyday since. Not under Drs advice just to ward off osteoporosis. So have I been wasting my time & hurting my heart health instead? I’m now 60! 😳😳

I started intermittent fasting at 42 and lost 45 pounds in 7 months. I’ve kept it off for a year now.
