surprising how many people instantly forgot that "ai" is just computer code, coded by coders. love your outlook, bobby

4:14 This is soooo true! It’s very easy to do the bare minimum and get discouraged because you’re not getting hired. You seek validation so you doom scroll reddit threads and videos confirming your bias. You have to realize you’re just not good enough. Get angry that you’re being left behind and increase those skills. Humility, possessing a small ego with a willingness to learn beyond what is required will change your life.

5 reasons why you shouldn't learn to code in 2024: 1) Offshoring/global remote, 2) high interest rates, 3) AI, 4) companies won't hire juniors, 5) looming recession There are other jobs out there, not just coding.

lack of skill true but getting the chance to get work exp can be pain for first trying to get in for some. being told to get good with recruiters at first then being told something completely opposite by the same person later.... similar vid to other old ones. takes taken in tho

Because the interview process is a complete waste of time unless you have a friend in the company. Literally how its worked for almost every dev i know.

This is for you whoever comes across this message. I obtained a work visa in Japan because I created a project that blew the lid off of anyone who interacted with it. No network in Japan. No friends. No one to vouch for me. A foreigner, a stranger. Hired like that. Stop being weak and get angry that you’re not getting hired. Ohhhhh I don’t have friends to vouch for me. And? Get to programming

@@joshuatealeaves ...... yeah just go live in Japan.. same thing right...?...... lol Pretty funny this dude is arguing that it's not as hard as im making it sound to get a dev job because he did it...but he had to move from his own country and culture to one of the most expensive places in the world and one of the least welcoming to foreigners..just to get the job....

@@goodluck2522 I was working in the US way before Japan. I didn’t have to move anywhere. And it’s one of the cheapest places on earth to live in. For example, I invest in real estate out here and renovate akiyas. The last home I bought was 29k usd. 13k for renovation. 11 doors / tenants to my name all passive income because it’s cheap out here. We welcome you with open arms 👍🏻
