I'm ready for this challenge... I'm gonna share the difference after 5 months... Learnings... 1 Meditation 5min - 1 hr. 2 Goal setting .. Want to achieve in next 5 months 3 work out. At least 30 mins 4 Read book.. for Growth in you 5 Master your field 6 Healthy eating. No zunks 7 No social media.. No status no entertaining video 8 alliend with them who helps you to achieve goal 9 practice Gratitude daily 10 sleep well at least 7-8 hrs Thank you sir fir making this video

Sir maine apka ye video bite sal dekha tha tab maine ye challenge accepte kiya tha and 2 mahine maine follow kara kuch task chhut jate the lekin main follow karte raha 2 months bad mera clg lag gaya muze shift hona pada dusri jagah main waha par ye sab bhul gaya maine galtiya ki bhot sari challenge pura nahi kar paya and ab main ye double apka video dekha hu aur ab ye challenge pura karne ke liye main ji jan laga dunga i accept this challenge... Aur is bar pura lar ke hi chhodunga... Thank you sir for making this video ❤❤

1. Meditation 2.Goal setting to achieve by end of year. Break into monthly, then daily goals. You should have daily list of action to achieve final goal. 3. Daily physical activity - 15 to 60 mins. 4. Read daily - minimum 10 pages or 30 mins of audio book. Bonus: make handwritten notes of main points for revision. 5. Upgrade skill - bonus if existing skill is upgraded and used. 6. Eat and Drink healthy - 3-4 litres water and NO JUNK FOOD. 7. Limit SOCIAL MEDIA - ONLY Conscious scrolling. Only for educational purpose. 8. Limit meeting with goal less not so important friends. 9. Express gratitude - 5 points daily in writing. 10. Sleep - 6 to 8 hours minimum

I accept the challenge 💪 i will make the change i believe in me😌🥰🥰 1.notice 5diffrent sound or meditation for 5mins and in morning 2.set goal for next 5months and split it and work everyday on it. #daily task 3.physical workout🏋🚴💪 4.reading book daily.... Its a short cut and apply it worrior in our beautiful life, 10pgs a day or 30mins audiobook 5.upgrading your skills like learning spritual and meditation thing.communication skill and time management. 6.healthy eating, avoiding junk food 🍲. 7.drinking 5-6l of water a day. 8.limited social life. 9.being with growth mindset people. 10.practise gratitude for every 5 things. 11.last not least taking quality sleep and of proper amount 10pm to 4am
