Chor govt me kidhar gratuity milegi. Employees ko 18 mahine ke Fix Term Contract pe rakha jata hai aur janbujh ke nikala jata hai underperforming dikhake naukri se. Sarkar companies pe karwai karne ke bajai companies se paisa le rahi hai gratuity na dene ke liye aur employees ke gratuity ka loss kar rahi hai.
