5 sandwiches idea for weekday lunch | just 1 hour for meal prep

With a hearty sandwich, you can't wait for lunch.
It's easy to make a lunch in the morning if you spend an hour on the weekend preparing meal prep.
I sandwich it on bread and have lunch, but if you put it on a plate without sanding, you can also have dinner.
== Fried chicken with herbs and cheese ==
½ chicken breast
15g bread crumbs
½ tsp　thyme
1½ tsp　grated cheese
Appropriate amount of salt and pepper
== Carottes rape ==
1/2 carrot (a little less than 100g)
½ tsp　mustard
¼ tsp　honey
2 tsp vinegar
2 pinches of salt
1 tbsp olive oil
== Chicken ham ==
1 chicken breast
½ tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
Pepper appropriate amount
1 bay leaf optional
== Frozen vegetable set of onions and mushrooms ==
½ onion
60g shimeji mushroom
Divide into 3 equal parts and make 3 sets.
== Open omelet ==
Frozen vegetable set 1 piece ( ⅙ piece onion, 20g shimeji mushroom
2 eggs
Appropriate amount of salt and pepper
== Pork saute ==
100g scraps of pork
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sake
pepper optional
== Mashed potato ==
2 potatoes
Appropriate amount of salt
Appropriate amount of milk
Divide into two and freeze in small portions.
The texture is less likely to be impaired by placing it on a metal vat and quick freezing it.

½ chicken breast
1 tbsp white miso
2 tsp mirin
2 tsp sake
⅛tsp Cumin
== Chicken ham with curry mayonnaise ==
½ chicken ham
1 frozen vegetable set
1 tbsp mayonnaise
