5:27 - just as Nuke says 'an organ plays' there is something clearly in the top right hand window of the blue door that falls/moves down inside the room that he has just exited. But when he is in the room at 5:16 you can clearly see there is nothing there, nothing hanging from the ceiling, nothing that could have fallen.
