Idk why people are hating on Rena because she sounded really good while performing. If she was a horrible singer then she wouldn't be the main singer in Hey Violet and 5SOS wouldn't have signed their band to their record label and invited them on tour. If you watch the newest tour vlog you can see that this was planned for her to sing and she didn't just steal everyone's part. The main reason why I love this video is not only because of the collab but the relationship between the two bands really shows in this video. Especially how Luke hugged her at the end.

I absolutely love how you recorded everyone, you had amazing seats! It honestly was amazing seeing Ashton play, that boy is crazy talented. Michael playing guitar is a beautiful thing to witness and Calum's voice is just stunning. It's different seeing Luke without the guitar, not going to lie a little awkward but nonetheless, I love him. It was so nice of them to let Rena join them for this song. I personally like Hey Violet so that makes me happy. I don't think she ruin the song at all, she was having fun. If anything she was just singing it the way she would if it were in her band's style, nothing wrong with that. And seeing how she has a different pitch than the boys it could have been harder for her to find one comfortable enough. As a soprano myself, I find it difficult to sing songs or find a pitch sung by male artists, 5sos included. People shouldn't hate her for that, seriously remember that 5sos asked her. Once again, beautiful video 😊
