Thats simply BS, frankly thats all many realtors have to contribute to the home buying experience. I was a home builder for over 40 years. I also obtained my own brokers license as many builders do. Mainly so as to have direct control over the sales people giving people the proper information as opposed to BS. These guys have become internet experts on the building industry. By and large they are only interested in one thing, that being a fee by way of a commission on the home price. Thats o k, but at least be honest about it.

Luke Hayes not true. If realtors found out that they would sell the home to buyers for less if they do not use their realtor, than realtors would never take buyers to them. Builders rely on the realtors i their areas to sell half of there homes. We are their best client!
