For the “glass” heels - when acrylic is poured into molds, it can trap air bubbles. If you’ve ever watched yt videos of people making stuff with resin, the same thing can happen. It can be on purpose or a mistake.
@kassylee06174 жыл бұрын
Usually when they do not want the bubbles they use a source of heat to help them disappear. So if there are bubbles it is on purpose.
@madelinewhite17494 жыл бұрын
Kassidy Festa it might not be on purpose just cause they’re cheaper shoes (they still seem good quality and decent though) maybe they manufacture them in a way where they aren’t really able to go through every pair of shoes and tend to the air bubbles. I’ve also seen people using alcohol in a spray/mist as another way to get rid of bubbles in certain materials/substances, but I think that’s more for on the surface. I don’t think they would’ve planned on having the pockets of air in the shoes but it’s probably not something that the makers would stress about or focus on since no one would really notice without actually inspecting them closely. Idk 😅
@angieemm4 жыл бұрын
Sometimes it's also the glue having a reaction to the acrylic; a lot of epoxies used in shoes kind of heat up and melt the two plastics together.
@poopsiedaisies4 жыл бұрын

Kristiāna Štegmane well, you named companies that are known as fast fashion chains. I’m just worried that I’m not feeding more into fast fashion than I should be. But the website is for “leftovers”? Unsold items, hence the low price?

I hate how other countries have different measuring systems like why can’t we just have a universal one
@MadalinaPVilcu4 жыл бұрын
We cannot have a universal measurement system because there are different features depending on race or geographical area. For example, people in Asia have mostly small, thin legs. In Europe it differed in function of geographical area and climate. Probably it should be reduced to at most 2-3 measuring systems, but in no case combined all in one

we can’t have a universal measuring system because we have universal stubbornness
@kellyphan92424 жыл бұрын
Sizing is based on the country because all race is different. Asians tends to be more on the skinny size which is why people have to size up 2x when using an asian site from a different country. Plus different metric systems, etc.
@risotto4life5774 жыл бұрын
Madalina Paraschiv Vilcu but then wouldnt those people just be one of the smaller sizes in our larger, universal measuring system? Sure you could argue that proportions and body types are different geographically. But thats true everywhere, and with everyone. Not even the countrys sizes will always fit people right. I hope you get what I mean :)

Kelly Phan But then wouldnt Asians just be on the smaller spectrum in our large universal size chart?

Mia, I live in Canada too and I found out customs is a random. I've been charged insane customs for such small packages and then no customs on massive boxes. However some companies refund you of your customs you just have to go to "Contact Us" ask them if they do refunds on customs and take a picture of your customs receipts. I got refunded $120 on customs because that's the company policy. Give it a shot

Those floral boots would look gorgeous with either a pink or black dress. The heel is also very manageable. I LOVE the cheetah print sneakers too!

Everything5pounds actually gets their stock from brands when they get new collections, instead of them ending up in a landfill or being burnt somewhere! Which is also why the quality can range pretty widely in products you get from them.

It's 100% because she's Canadian. The only country that uses imperial is the US. Some of us were taught that an inch is half our finger or a quarter lmaoo.

Um... there is such a thing as shoes that come in wide and shoes that come in narrow, so that's probably how you know. My mom's feet are noticeably more narrow than standard width shoes so she has to look for shoes that either have a narrow size available or that just run narrow the way that some clothing brands run small.
