Yes I do have all of these symptoms and I'm often considered lazy and compared to other people. Everybody just barks at me without listening to what I've got to say. Went to a psychiatrist and it's the same story just sleeping pills. The list will go on. Sending love and prayers to my fellow mates who are going through this phase.❤

Exactly Even I've gone to psychiatrist bt it was of no use she suggested me some pills n charged huge fees for 15mins session 🥺

I always feel that I m looser in my life . No body cares for me. Even being with my parents I feel very lonely..😢😢😢

Effectively explained in simple terms. In this fast paced world, we all are becoming self absorbed. No one has time to tend to other's psychological needs. The social & cultural structure that could provide inherent discipline to prevent such problems, is no longer together enough. I think, psychotherapy has a huge potential to offer solutions to many problems.

I lost my gf (I thought future wife) and daughter, job, crashed my car, live back at my mums, lost my temper felt so down, angry alone. Woke up all times of night spend my days walking or driving long distances to clear my mind listening to vids. I refuse to let it beat me but I’m struggling to snap out of it and it’s really detrimental to me and others around me. I’m usually so strong but this has really really beaten me to a new level

He offers therapy for 10 times cheaper than a Therapist that you would have to go to and speak to face to face(£25/$35). He helps you through text because many people may not feel confident going out and seeing a therapist. This also gives you time to think and really express yourself, he is there to listen and assist.

The thing is, I know I need therapy but everything suddenly came crashing down regarding my family, friends, everything. With my loved ones being either hospitalized, dealing with economic problems, mourning someone's death, dealing with their own mental health issues I just don't wanna throw in a "Hey mom, so I think I need therapy because I've been feeling worthless for a very long time and I've reached a point where I'm starting to think of commiting suicide". Medical system is bonkers on my country and pretty much collapsed where they aren't attending anyone who doen't have Covid. So yeah...I'm screwed

Maam i cant cry from last 5 mnths! I was introvert bt accidentally I made my self more extrovert, cool for being happy! I hve no idea that what I am doing, evn i cant think anything, i am afraid to thinking! I cant sleep, infact sleeping pills failed! I dont know, somehow I lost myself

I don't have any friend to open up my emotions, feelings and even the things I love and admire the most. My parents also never listen to my likings, craziness about the things I love even though they are not big, like I can't express how much I love bts and want anything related to my craze. This hurts me the most. I usually get hurt when I try to behave like an adult being a teen, so I try to act like a kid. but I can't do it either. I don't even have the rights to express my feelings in MY home!!! Please help me out with it, mam. and sorry for the mistakes in English

I really have a very low self esteem, it was not the case before. I was confident,I was happy now I don't feel that. I got a medical seat in a good medical college, I should be happy but rather I'm really very anxious I know before starting any new thing people feel anxious it's natural but this is not like that I find it really hard to sleep. I had some difficult situations in my childhood, so I have a fear of being left alone or abandoned, I tried to share it with my friend she said everyone experiences it it's natural don't overthink. I feel I'm worthless many times but when I share with my friends they said me to stop comparing. I really don't know what to do

I am having that same symptoms of feeling anxious throughout the day even at waking up , but I am helpless I can't afford counselling expenses 😔 feeling very low . If possible in future I will surely try to provide free counselling to people who can't afford it as I am feeling that pain.

Brothers and sisters, i understand we all have difficulties in our lives, we don't have anyone or any close trustable friend or any helper. But what i believe is God is with us, I want to share a Verse, Jesus said: look, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me. I love that verse, hope you loved it too and got peace. Love ❤️

I am also in a situation.. I need help I cant sleep at night... I am thinking ,slowly losing interest in everything ,my parents dont allow me tO go out... My parents are not supportive. I too need there love and support. I feel myself like useless i feel regrets on everything, its like i am convencing myself that i cant do anything.. I want a talk. With a person about all my feelings about all my mental ilness! I need a cure I keep all my anger,emotins inside me n keep tourchering myself with these... I want it to gOaway n never come back. @@harshffidseller6251 i can only suggest,I dont have permanent solution 1.Make ur daily routine,food ,exercise,sleep 2. Try to talk to friends ,family stay connected( call then 2,3 or more times in a week) 3.Try new things(to distract ur mind)( gardening ,cooking or more creative things) 4.Dont think too much,and spend alot of time in phone..., 5.Dont say "No" always For urself, Try saying "Yes" 6.Keep ur self updating:- Make new friends,try new things,go for a walk ,stay with positive people,spend time with ur pets,family n friends.. Do Things Which makes u Happy, cheerful, confident and helps u to make better urself(Tum krna chahoge to sab kuch ho sakta h,or tum nhi chahoge to kuch b nhi ho sakta,)everything depends on u

I have a problem that while talking to people I get blank.I feel very anxious. In my college also when I am working on a new project or when I try to do something new I get nervous, anxiety and my breathing become faster I start overthinking. I feel very under confidence and I am forgetting things I feel that my memory is becoming low day by day.

One thing which can help is to find that will power to live and stop too much thinking and focus on the task at your hand. Believe me. Try to focus on one thing at a time because logical thinking takes a bad hit. I had to find energy even doing 2+2. Dont know how i remembered graduation level stuffs as i suffered from it in my third year. It really helps even a little. Make sure your brain continues to function and always try never to lose grip from reality completely. Accept that u r not normal now and embrace the flaws. Self encourage helps like remembering the thing which u studied, crossing road on ur own, pouring a glass of water always give a pat on ur back. Meanwhile try to find your own space of happiness. Stop expecting from people. Appreciate life the way it is and ofcourse try to improve it and stop stop judging.

Hi I am 17year old need your advice. I have developed emotion like when I get angry i make my legs finger cross each other same whith hand . It doesn't mean to cross all finger . I mean half finger tilted. I also had a disorder in which I consumed 8 spoon salt when I get scared or stressed out. A lot of study work impact me , and in my family whole members fight all day I even can't share that I want to see therapist. It's just whole a mess for me. After so much my dadi has cancer. I also like feel very bad for it. All day I mean they all fight , it impact my studies and if i get less than80 percent then they scream on me only. I hate them

The fact that we r here....is the biggest sign that yes we do need a psychiatrist right now!!! Idk what am I going through right now but all I can feel is suicidal... I don't want to live... I've never been through this.... See how fast things change 🌀 And I told my mom about depression...all that she told was...TUMHE BHALA YESB Q HOGA and moved away!! I badly want to visit a psychiatrist...but have no other option than to browse on the internet

I am student of class 11 who recently passed class 10. Actually, I want to say that my father is one of toxic parent.I am studying in Trinity Global School Patna. And I am studying here from class 7 in boarding school. I thought that after 10th I will leave boarding school and will continue class 11 in somewhere else with freedom. But my father is one of toxic parents who first said ok and now he is saying that again I have to continue in that boarding school otherwise leave studies and do some business. I am confused because I don't want to go in that boarding because I have been there for more than 4 years and also right now i don't want to do business I want to study.

I had very low self-esteem I was feared of going to office I was 19 it was one year after get into an organization I was very feared of talking to my superior and tensed because of this my work was not getting completed to it's full extent I can't even tell no to any work which was not related to me one thing was sure I was very depressed and feared of going to office handling work stress so pl suggest whether I need counseling or not!!!!

One of my friend I think suffering from some serious mental problem. He checks even very small things many time like scooters utility space lock and handle lock. Sometimes he kept checking continuously till almost half hour. If I ask him why is he checking many times he says he had not checked properly. So he checks more times. Even after leaving he is in doubt after some times that he had locked the scooter or not and says he had to check that again. Please if anybody knows what is this problem then please let me know.

Hello ma'am Anaaya here I am recently going through a lot of stress. I am 12 yrs old now and that stress is actually because of school problems. I've had anxiety since this new year of my 7th std. started. Mainly because I think we have a really strict teacher in school and now in online class it is compulsory for all students to keep the camera on. I am a shy girl and when teacher says that she'll randomly ask questions I start sweating and I get terribly scared. Ma'am I know that people have bigger problems in life but because of just one subject and teacher it is affecting my happiness and I am not able to manage my time well in the whole day also. First at the beginning I thought it was ok but now it is going too far. I am stressed, scared and tensed more than happy. Please do reply because this fear is going too far and my mother said to take my to a phsycatrist so I commented here. I know this may sound over dramatized but I can't spend my whole year stressed like this. Please do reply me if you have any suggestions on how to overcome my school stress. I have gotten options of exercises but I don't get time. Or also if anyone reading my comment has any suggestions please do reply please please

Anaaya, Relax why you getting that much stress, what will your teacher will do to you even if she ask question and you can not answer, she will not kill you. max what she can do.. she will only shout or something thats it. think over it. it happens with many students. early morning start pranayam like Anulom vilom, kapalbhati (this r breathing exercises which makes you mind calm) as well as. do some little physical excercise or yoga . this physicall exercise releases necesaary harmone in you body which makes you feel better. . do dance on your faviuorite song , sing a song that will make your physics and mind in good mood. eat eggs , pinnaple, cheesse to enhance natural serotonin secretion in body. go in sun shine for 30 minute daily . finally you can go to psycologist if you want.. niraamay.in/ - this is healing center which give healing energy to solve many problems also try body oil massage..

Relax don't take this much pressure on you as he is just a teacher he can not decided your whole future and also don't let her decide your feature you will be in very bad time but don't overcome that fear always be mentally strong and she / he is just a teacher can teach or punish you strictly but do only what you like don't be asked of anything no shame other are also like you no shame no fear don't let her decide your feature do what you love to day and all I think you got and read this 3_4 time and think what I say to you and you will got your answer (pyaari bacchi)

I think that you should meet a therapist.... Cuz as you have thoughts of self harm, the moment you feel more depressed and think that it's better to harm myself than living .... Or a sudden urge to harm urself....you might do harm yourself. I really suggest you meet a therapist.
