La Croqueta was like our basic quick-and-dirty nutmeg. It wasn't a drag, more of tap-go. So you'd tap it from left to right, defenders' legs start to spread, you first time it with your right through their legs, and go. It was just tap-go, or tap-tap-go. 1-2. No delay. You don't wait to see their legs start to open, you anticipate it. It's the kind of meg that's so quick you can leave a defender 3 steps behind. Of course, since you're anticipating, there's a chance you get stuffed, and now the defender has 3 steps on you. So, you know... Use it wisely.

easy, you can just cut them from the side, as they follow you you could do like a cut to offset the defenders.

Jordi Alba does the inside step over very effective because instead of putting the left foot down before pushing the ball with the right foot, as shown in the video, he used his left foot to push the ball right after the step over. Basically skipped one action so the move become faster and smoother.

Wouldn’t the inside step over be useful when stepping over the ball with the inside foot? (meaning as if an attacker is chasing you and you are facing your own goal.) The attacker/wing will want to force outside so faking them outside should open up the middle. Obviously it can be risky but if you are checking your shoulders while he or she is running you should be able to make the decision if you are able to bring the back back central.

just try and slow it down, don't force a move and get it taken from you, observe where your teammates are , then look for a cross or a quick one two

Everything is cool, but CONDITION, STRENGTH, is the key to all these "tricks". Every day you have to run, test and I can recommend, at least 2km / day. Continues to watch 👏👍

Running everyday makes no sense, your body needs to recover, run everyother day. 2km just jogging is worth nothing, but if 2 km is all you have time for go for HIT runs.
