If a word contains an even number of letters, an odd number of vowels, and a prime number of consonants, then its plural must be formed by reversing the penultimate letter, and then adding a double 's' at the end. 😂😁

I think the suffix 'y' is also a consonant or can be said to be started with a constant then it is also a exception if you pay attention

Dear lovely Lucy, while watching this video I realised you said "dedicate a little bit of time TO LEARNING". Instead, in that sentence I thought it was right to say "dedicate a little bit of time TO LEARN". Please help me by teaching in a new video why is it right to use "to learning" in that sentence instead of "to learn" also please mention examples for both in different sentences so we all may understand when to use each term in a sentence.
