Just about to start a play through of Carcosa with two fairly new players. It’s a blind play for them. This will be very useful advice!

Thank you for providing these tips. Just doing our blind playthrough Carcosa with Carolyn and Lily (currently at the final scenario). I can see all of these being very valuable and would have been good to know them upfront. Your best investigators for the campaign video helped though. Would appreciate if you can provide such insight for the next campaigns as well.

Safeguard is soooo handy if you can take it. I’ve gone entire scenarios without having to spend an action to move. Pathfinder is similarly amazing

Ngl, after playing it blindly, and failing about 3 times, I think this is my (and pretty much my group's) least favourite campaign... which is kinda sad, cuz it was so hyped for us. Granted, we are mostly noobs %) But so far, after tutorial, dunwich, this and innsmouth... yeah, this was the worst.

Sad to read! It's been my favorite by far. I have dunwich circle undone carcosa edge of the earth and forgotten age but carcosa flavor just hits different! Maybe try to play on easy so you can enjoy the story and tour deck building more? I always play on standard but that could help if losing is the issue
