Gentlemen, first I’ve never been to Orlando so seeing some of its hidden treasures was, shall I say, illuminating (pun intended)!! With brothas taking a lot of heat for being absent in the raising of their children, it’s so dope to see Brian including BJ in so many of your outings. These are memories with his dad, and the man his dad loves; he will reflect on years from now and smile! I wish these were my words because they are so profound to me but, a psychologist said to a friend of mines these words. “The greatest gift you can give to your child is a childhood they don’t have to heal from.” Let that sink in for a minute. “The greatest gift you can give to your child is a childhood they don’t have to heal from.” Many of us wish we had a dad that showed love to us. Hell, how about just showing up for us? Thanks Brian! The food at “Rusteak” looked interesting, is the word that comes to my mind. I get the steak, eggs and potato’s. I couldn’t quite make out what Vic was eating. Was that a waffle with fruit on top? (lol) But it was what I think Brian was eating that I was like, “what da hell” 🤣 Who decided to put egg with runny egg yolks, between a waffle with gravy on top? We really can’t see what’s under the runny eggs but that looked very interesting, BUT ummm, I’ll pass thank you! 😂 Whenever I see uncooked egg yolks I instantly go to a movie I once saw where the dude drinks a glass full of raw eggs and my stomach flips the “blank out!” But hey, the potato’s looked good! It was the little doggy walking on the bar, and the tore up faces you two made with the drinks you had at “Stagger Inn,” for me. If I had a meal there all I’d be thinkin would be, did the little doggy just lick his sack and then licked the cook’s hands while he prepared my meal? I know, who thinks of such things, right? ME!!! LOL LOL LOL Oh, and the exit sign took me out, “Country as ****.” Ok, this is already long so I’ll wrap it up. “Ann Teague’s” was one of the most interesting spots I’d ever seen. The creativity and placement of all those lamps were skillfully arranged. Quite the conversation piece of an establishment, I must say. “The House On Lang” took me to this place. I have a 15 year old neighbor who has never used a typewriter (with ribbon) or talked on a telephone with a cord, or played an album on 33 1/3 speed. Her generation of “The House On Lang” will have the first cell phones, and the first CD’s, and the first iPads/iPods, and they’ll be considered relics! Lastly, “Hanalei Shave Ice” was super special watching. I don’t think we could just call what Brandi was doing as just “good customer service.” She was not only selling her business to you brothas so that you would potentially come back, but she was selling to an audience of future customers who will watch your video and make “Hanalei Shave Ice” a must try experience! BTW, Bike’s in the trees, I see you!!

Hey Jack! We really appreciate that so much! I must say it’s truly a beautiful thing to see a father like Brian step up to raise his child on his own as we know in these times that isn’t always the case. Me coming in as his partner, it has been a welcomed blessing to have my own ready made family, complete with a son and even a dog 😆 and be embraced the way I have. So on to the spots… as you say we also would describe Rusteak as interesting 😅. What Brian had was a turkey sandwich with some sort of cheese sauce on the top (it tasted good but was difficult to eat since we couldn’t take it up). Vic’s was supposed to be French toast with fruit but it really looked like half a loaf or bread 😂. Mine was the waffle and it had bacon and egg in the middle and was a sugary drizzle that you saw on top. I too like my eggs fried hard and had to ask them to cook it thru a little more for me so I’m with you brother! Stagger in now was a great place! Only serves drinks though so no need to worry about dog sack food 😂. The dog seemed to belong to a regular or owner of the place though. Was super cute! But we get the sanitary concern lol. Ann Teagues and Hanalei’s Shaved Ice was definitely our favorite places. One was so unique and then the other was just such a warm and inviting atmosphere (on top of great tasting treats). We have been back to Hanalei’s actually for that same exact reason and brought more company. We can see ourselves going there much more often in the future too! House on lang was definitely nostalgic though and as you say one can only imagine what the new version of that place will be like for the kids of this generation now. Yes the shaved ice was definitely the highlight of our discoveries on the trip. Oh yes, we’ve heard that’s what some people call it. Back in jamaica it would either be shave ice, sky juice (because of the combination of the pretty colors looking like sunset), or a snow cone when served in a paper or plastic cup. Thank you! Well I apply a leave in conditioner and a heavy curling cream or custard to my hair when it’s damp section by section. For areas that don’t curl naturally I assist it by finger coiling it just to have it uniformed.
