Ab exercises can be difficult when done on the floor BUT with this “Standing Ab,” workout a lot of pressure is taken off the back. Five moves make the routine a quick and efficient one & when done at least 3 to 5 days a week you’ll slowly see your abdominal area toning up. But be mindful you have to eat a clean diet as well. The only equipment needed is a broomstick. Here’s what’s on the Standing Ab Menu.
1. Standing Crunches with a broomstick
2. Elbow to Knee
3. Single Leg Crunches
4. Tap “d” Tap
5. Elbow to knee; Fingers to Toes
This is a quick, efficient, back-friendly ab routine that will result in toned, sculpted abs when done with consistency.
