Everyone started from ground “0.” Serena Williams didn’t pick up a tennis racket at age six and proceeded to winning Grand Slams, nor did other athletes like Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Tiger Woods, Tom Brady, and the list goes on and on. That’s why I commend you for the commitment you made to yourself & joining me today.

We’re going to hit every body part: arms, abs, glutes and legs. Remember: with a cocktail of consistency and discipline you can DEFINITELY achieve the body you desire. AND, also remember: THAT IT’S NEVER TO LATE! At the youthful age of 70, I’m only in second gear; so never put limits on yourself because of your age.

Thanks for the workout! I love it! Even though I do light weights of 5 lbs but have been trying 8 lbs but it’s hard for me to lift, Should I stick with my 5 pounds and I do it only 3 days a week,should I increase the days? Thanks for your great positive attitude! You are so inspiring 😀

God bless you Mary and thank you for your kind words. I would suggest that you continue with your five pounds doing 2 or 3 reps of 12 THEN pull out the 8 pounds & use them to do only 2 or 4 reps of 4 or 6. That way you’re building up your strength and endurance. In a matter of weeks you’ll set the 5 lbs weight to the side & start using the 8’s. The only way you’re going to build the muscle is by challenging yourself & increasing the weight. Hope that was helpful. Please feel free to let me know if you have any other questions. Loved the workout!! 🤩 I was wondering what BRAND of workout bench you have...I am looking for a very STABLE one that doesn't wobble...Yet, simple like yours because I do better with dumbell training.

Appreciate you so much and happy to hear you enjoyed the workout. My bench is simply “Ok,” but I wouldn’t recommend it, I find it to be too light. I’m on the lookout for a more sturdier one however, right now it’s serving the purpose. Thanks so much for touching base 🙏🏿😊🙏🏿❤️

Because I am plant-based Girl, a lot of my Vit. D comes from mushrooms & hemp milk which I use every day in my smoothies 😁
