5 Star Fresh Salmon Fillet recipe

Make this 5 Star Salmon Recipe at home ❤️
[ Pan-seared Salmon with Mustard Sauce ]
--------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------
🍳 1 Salmon Fillet (200g)
🍳 2 Shallots
🍳 2 Cloves of Garlic
🍳 4 Stalks of Dill
🍳 1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
🍳 2 Tbsp of Whole Grain Mustard
🍳 Olive Oil, Salt & Black Pepper to season
--------------------- INSTRUCTIONS -------------------
1. Marinate salmon fillet with a few pinch of salt & black pepper & olive oil
2. Finely chop the shallots and garlic
3. Roughly chop the dill
4. Pad dry the salmon, then sautee the salmon with skin facing down
5. Saute until golden brown, then remove and cover with aluminum foil
6. Saute shallots and garlic until fragrant
7. Add heavy cream & whole grain mustard
8. Season with salt and black pepper
9. Add in chopped dill
10. Serve on plate
