I made these yesterday using a tortilla press. I put a square of parchment paper on the bottom and about 1.5 tablespoons of the chicken on top. I oiled another square of parchment paper and put it on top, mashed out the chicken with my hands and then pressed. PERFECT thinness!! QUESTION: Do these need to be kept refrigerated after baking???

As it’s made fresh, recommend to finish it soonest. But what I experienced, it lasted around 1~2 weeks in an airtight container. This differs depending on the environmental temperature and humidity too. Hope you made this and enjoyed it as well ❤️

Voted the most annoying video EVER! Either buy ground chicken or run your chicken chunks thru your food processor 😂 season, roll out on parchment paper and bake. Wala done, 5 minute process without the drama or the dramatic music.
