Sir, I have tried your so many recipes and very happy to say I liked them all. Today I prepared sambar in your style for idli and really it was super and yummy. I liked the idea of adding dhaniya and khara powders along with regular sambar powder. I don't understand the language completely, still I think this is what your mother used to prepare.
