Update: we are back together after weeks of no contact!!! It’s kinda hard trying to stay positive at all times but I got through it!!! My best advice is also don’t break the contact- even if it’s 4 weeks, I believe that your ex will be curious why you’re so quiet, and will make contact first- I read a lot of people in the comments say they’ve seen results before 4 weeks and also 3 months later.
