In this video, I’m going to reveal sneaky, psychological tactics that will help you convince your ex that you’re the only one for them… and you’ll be able to ignite these powerful emotions inside your ex whenever you want.
How’s it going, everyone? My name’s Brad Browning as you probably know. And before I jump into the goods, I just have to thank all of you guys for pushing me to almost 200,000 subscribers! I just want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart! It gives me great satisfaction knowing that I’m helping thousands of people through their breakup.
Okay, but enough of that… let me jump right into some tips on how you can get your ex to share that “spark” and feeling with you again.
Tip 1 - Force your ex to go back to what I call “Emotional Neutral”
Just a quick disclaimer: making your ex have feelings for you overnight is going to be next to impossible. There is very little that you can do or say right now that’s going to make them change their minds and take you back tomorrow. But there are things you can do right now to begin that process today. Now, I’m not going to talk about the No Contact technique in this video since I’ve explained it in plenty of other videos, but one of the best ways to start mending the wounds is to simply not contact your ex for a period of at least 30 days. And during this time of No Contact, there are several things you do right now to expedite the process of making your ex return to “emotional neutral”… for eg., if you’ve done a ton of begging and pleading right after your breakup, you can send something that I call the Clean Slate Email Template… this is a covert and sneaky email that you can send to make your ex forget about all the bad memories they had of you so that you can eventually replace them with better ones. Just keep in mind, again, that getting your ex to go back to “emotional neutral” can take anywhere from 30-90 days.. in some rare cases, it can take longer. In this stage, it’s important to do whatever you can to recover from the breakup and put your best foot forward so that you can be mentally ready to contact your ex again in the future.
Tip 2 - Become the most attractive version of yourself.
In order for you to get that spark back with your ex, you’re going to have to become a much more attractive version of yourself. And I don’t mean just physically, although that does help. What I mean is that you need to become a more confident, vibrant, happy, and powerful version of yourself. Remember: human beings are attracted to people with equal to or HIGHER social status than them… this is true for both sexes but especially for women. So in order to regain that “feeling” and attraction back, you’re going to have to focus on yourself. You ultimately want to make your ex look at you and say, “Why the hell did I ever let THAT go?!”

Be strong! It's time to find a more positive outlet for your emotions. It's totally okay to cry your eyes out (just NOT in front of your ex), this is healthy, but try to balance it with other stuff. So keep your mind occupied, get busy with a lot of stuff like hobbies, work, etc. focus on what makes you feel good and take time to heal as well. It really depends on the ex. I understand what you're saying, but each person has his/her own reasons for why they either choose to get back together with an ex or let go totally. You can't speak for them because it's their life, not yours to decide. Granted, not all relationships are meant to be salvaged, especially abusive ones and/or one that involves numerous instances of infidelity, but some are worth saving. This all depends on what kind of relationship you have and if you decide to move on or fight for it. There is no wrong answer on whatever your decision is. :-) Anyway thanks for your input!

One day i decided to chill with my friends at my home. My friends ask me if my ex can come too (since she is friends with them and our breakup wasnt tragic) so i said yes. After the party everyone got back home and she sended a text to me asking if i wanted to see her. Me confused af agrees and have sex the same night. In bed she told me she has no interest in a relationship with me so to this day we are still separated. She seems to enjoy my company but for some reason she is just not interested in me as a partner :/ Its all good tho im just doing my thing, maybe someday she'll change her mind. Im not wating for her tho i already dated some else but didnt work out. I just hope someday i found someone that cares about me even if we have some differences.

OMG Brad!!! this couldn't have come at a better time . I've been following your videos after my breakup exactly 3 months ago and did everything you said. It may be time to put things into perspective because in over a 12 years spent as a relationship coach, I find that a breakup is often NOT just one person's fault, so look at the roles that you've BOTH played that led to the breakup and if the issues have a chance to get resolved, and how to go about it. In most cases, the problems that led to the breakup can be resolved, but in some cases, it can't. So take time to evaluate, okay? However, I have to warn you not to ask the reasons from your ex. I know. Right now, though, it's time to find a more positive outlet for your emotions. It's totally okay to cry your eyes out (just NOT in front of your ex), this is healthy, but try to balance it with other stuff. I know exactly how you feel, the same thing happened with me & my partner of 17 years. We started having more & more arguments, I was (& still am) going through the menopause, I knew our relationship was crumbling, we weren't talking coz he's a true avoidant & couldn't talk about his feelings & thoughts, my teenage daughters didn't help matters, I was living in an unhappy, loveless, tense, argumentative home & relationship. I became very frustrated & depressed coz I also had strong feelings he was having an affair or shagging around behind my back. I was imagining him having sex with another woman as we stopped having sex for about a year & was convinced it was coz he preferred having sex with someone else. I started drinking more & more, I would stay up listening to music & drinking until the early hours, sometimes I would see it getting light. I also avoided sleeping with him after he grabbed me by the throat as I didn't trust him & disliked him after this. But I admit my shouting at him & accusations caused him to react that way. I thought it would be best if he moved out for a while so I could have more thinking space but he refused saying he couldn't afford to pay mortgage & rent aswell as I wasn't working. So I had to live in a hostile environment & decide with him around what to do for the best as I didn't want to break our family up & my daughters to grow up with no dad. I felt we weren't compatible anymore but wanted to save our relationship desperately. I tried talking to him so many times, wanting him to open up to me but he just couldn't or wouldn't & was convinced it was coz he didn't want to be with me anymore coz he'd met someone else or had his eye on someone else. Things came to a head one morning after I stayed up all night into the morning & we ended up having another screaming match which resulted in things getting physical & he grabbed me really hard by the throat again. He knocked me off my feet & retrained me on the floor while he rang 999. The police came & forcibly removed me from the house & I haven't been back since. That was a whole year ago now. He placed an Order on me & forced me to accept a settlement from our family home. My daughters have remained with him & I haven't had any contact with them for the past year which is heartbreaking. I have messaged them afew times in the past but I only get nasty replies from them & threatening to report me. My youngest daughter who is 15 years old has blocked me. My 18 year old doesn't respond to my messages. I missed both of my daughters birthdays, Xmas & Mothers Day with them & will miss being with them at Easter & my birthday. I can only message my ex, he won't speak to me or even meet up face to face. I have had to spend a large amount of my settlement money to pay rent for a 2 bed house in the hope that in the near future one of my daughters will want to see me & come & visit & maybe stay the night once in a while. I'm so lonely sometimes as I've also lost my two cats too who I love dearly. I've lost everything.....my relationship, my daughters, my cats, my home which I loved & my life. I want nothing more than to get back with my ex & rekindle our love & trust, I still love him dearly with all my heart & I just can't accept it's actually over. He's the love of my life, I'm really not interested in anyone else & every time I see a guy who looks like him I pine & it makes me feel sad. Every time I see couples all love up it makes me sad coz that's what I so desperately want with him. I really can't imagine being with anyone else. I really don't want to be with anyone else & live in hope that one day soon he'll come back to me. We've been in regular contact for the past year but I'm cooling things off now & not contacting him as much, trying to leave it for 2-3 days without contacting him but it's so bloody hard! I really don't know if I could do no contact for 30 days, it would drive me insane! I just couldn't do it. I'm trying to keep busy & when I'm not in work I go to the gym twice a week, go to drum practice as I play a snare drum in a samba band, go walking, do volunteering, meeting up with friends & just getting out of the house as much as possible. I just hope Brad is right in saying that by not contacting him he's gonna miss me but he hasn't contacted me yet & only contacts me when he's replying to one of my messages. I don't know if he's just being stubborn, he's really fallen out of love with me or his interest & feelings are with someone else. He won't tell me either if he's with someone else. When I asked him a number of months ago if he had met someone else his reply was that if he said 'yes' I would go off on one, if he said 'no' I would call him a liar! A true avoidant! I really don't know what the future holds but all I can do is keep things friendly between us, keep in contact but only when it's necessary regarding our daughters &/or cats, better myself mentally, keep fit, be independent & live in hope that there's still a future (a bright future) for us & our love will be even stronger for one another from this situation. I know it's extremely hard, but trust me, you can, it just takes strength and determination. Just accept the breakup and try to heal first. Refusing to do that will only make you stuck, granted how your ex dumped you. Hi Brad. My ex and I broke up many times but this last fight ended us drastically. We’ve been together for 8 months and had the best out of it. He told me he’ll take a rest and find his lost self and definitely we’ll get back together but after 2 weeks he said to my friend he doesn’t wanna be with me anymore and he’d rather live alone. Give it enough time but definitely DO NOT wait for him. A wide array of different emotions coming from an ex is somewhat expected when a breakup is still fresh and this includes the likelihood of your ex giving you mixed signals. It's a mistake to think you can control whether or not she sees someone else during the breakup. As tough as it may be, it's always best to come to terms with the breakup and the fact that you're both single now. You doing the "no contact" rule neither prevents nor encourages your ex to go with someone new. In other words there's really nothing you can do to keep your ex from getting with someone new if they want to. So it boils down to two options, really. 1. Employ no contact and keep your dignity while respecting your ex's decision to breakup (why push yourself to someone who doesn't want you?) or Option 2: Do not do no contact and be pathetic. I always advise people to choose option 1 but really, which option you choose is ultimately up to you.
