if you can take a couple weeks of and then you are able to do tasks (whatever task that might be) you aint burned out. if you ahve a real burn out you would not even be able to dres yourself, make dinner, walk to the fridge even. i think your steps are great for people that are stressed out and maybe overworked and heading towards burn out. you do explain this, but i think you should state this before explaining the steps

What you are describing is depression. Burn out is something different. I haven't watch the video though, so for now I don't have opinion on that

@@lyncisr5059 you should read into the topic before saying stuff like this. depression and burn out go often hand in hand. if you read legitimate sources you can read all about the stages of burn out. and the first few stages are not really burn out yet. but those are the stages that are being protraited by the social media as burn out. i cant put down links to the sources since youtube removes my answer then. but there are a lot of legitimate healthcare agencies explaining this. i am recovering from a heavy burn out, and posts like this just confirming society doesnt take burn out seriously. Are they dont have a clue what it really is
