Here are the things you can do now:- 1) Just study your 8th STD well. Becoz basics you study now only helps your NEET. 2) Be strong in Maths. As NEET tests your calculation speed. 3) develop note taking habit. 4) practice studying for 3hrs per day with breaks, at least on holidays, as you will be studying 6-8hrs for NEET preparation. 5) Talk to NEET Aspirants who are in 11th & 12th, ask them what they are doing and get to know their process.
