i tend to see myself as a connoisseur of great investments so I can sleep in passive freedom, focusing on diversification & multiple streams of income. Capital gains, rental property, earned income, royalty income, resale profits ,interest income, dividend income. to mention a few. cyrpto, bonds, etfs are primarily seated at the top, to avoid a full scale market crash. diversification and direction is simply the solution.
