It's not like they were 200 pounds heavy and immobile lol. Cameras in similar size still exist (if you want quality that is). I'm pretty sure someone must have thought "Oh, Jerry, don't you own one of those cameras?!" because it was kind of a thing to own one, that's true. So people would have known and thought about it. Cameras were more special to have.

Much more likely they're meteor airbursts. The earth is pounded by space debris daily our technology isn't so advanced that we'd detect all of the ones capable of noticeable airbursts. I also suspect it wouldn't be reported to the general populace if it only results in an airburst even if it was detected.

Yeah when Albert Hoffman first synthesized LSD from the Ergot fungus he refined it so it wasn’t poisonous like the ergot fungus was. It sounds like was nasty shit unrefined. You can get gangrene, internal bleeding and other things even fatal. LSD was one of my favorite experiences. Probably wouldn’t feel the same way if I was poisoned with the fungus without knowing what was going on.

I've lived most of my life within 30 minutes of Stroudsburg PA, and I've never heard the indoor rain story before. I'm pretty familiar with local lore, so I'm skeptical of the story.

That story was told on few shows including Paranormal witness, unsolved mysteries and couple other ones. On few of these shows they had the original police officers, jail guards and priest's confirm the story. It's one of the most popular paranormal events out there, especially since it was confirmed by the police officers, jail guards and the priest that did the exorcism. In the 80's and 90's they talked about this paranormal incident a lot. Just look up the guy's name and you will find that it really did happen.

@@kylerennie30 @Kyle Rennie That's strange...I wrote a long paragraph summarizing my ordeal to the first guy. For some reason it was deleted or it didn't even register. Let me try this again. So a while back I began experimenting with something known as lucid dreaming, for anyone unfamiliar, its essentially a learned ability to control your dreams and to have very strong, vivid dreams that almost look and feel as if you are awake. This isn't an easy thing to pull off and it takes a lot of practice and conditioning of the mind. One of the obstacles I had was that messing with the stages of sleep can have adverse effects, so I began to experience very nasty episodes of sleep paralysis. It became a regular occurrence and the fear of sleep paralysis began taking a toll on my mental health. I soon realized that I just needed to overcome the fear associated with sleep paralysis and tell myself that whatever strange things my mind was showing me weren't real. And then came the night, I fell asleep on the couch and successfully avoided being paralyzed in fear. Its difficult to describe this next part, but as the fear subsided, and jolt of what felt like electricity shoots up my spine, and I feel myself lifting up. But it wasn't my body lifting, it was like some other part of myself was coming undone from my physical body. I woke up and just told myself it was perhaps a sign that I was well on my way to lucid dreaming. And so I continued to practice, every now and then that body separation anomoly would occur, but overall I was mainly getting better and better at conditioning myself to having consistent and autonomous lucid dreams. Now if you've read this far, this is the part that separates my experience from almost any that might be similar. One night, I was blissfully asleep, in such a vivid dream, one of the most well maintained and realistic that I've ever had up to this point. A person appeared, someone that stood out. Normally I don't have instances of any random anomalies in a dream as carefully crafted as this one. This person sounded like a normal human, and looked like a normal human, but her mannerism and tone were very bizzare. And the things she would say were very unnerving and cryptic. Over the next few weeks, these strange people would continue to appear, when I tried to make them disappear it did not work, they were immune to my ability to control every aspect of the dream. When I would physically try to distance myself from them, they would remain near me, despite not moving. Any attempt at trying to remove them using extreeme methods would only cause the dream to disort and fall apart. Now this last part, is the part that convinced me that I am messing around with something that I shouldn't be. Outside of my sleep, I began noticing a very odd coincidence. Every now and then, I would randomly think something, and far too often, whatever I would say of think to myself, would suddenly within a few seconds, appear in some way in front of me. A specific, object, person, or phrase would coincidentally occur, as if my brain was skipping ahead a few seconds in time and I would just happen to know something just before happening. And the strangeness did not stop there. Far too often, people that I knew, or didn't know all that well, would randomly say things to me that sometimes made no sense. I had my mother walk up to me out of nowhere, and asked me, completely unprovoked, who I was to her. I told her...that she was my mother. This last part, made me completely stop my lucid dreaming for good. One of my close friends was chatting with me one day, and she told me that she had a strange dream of me. In it, she detailed something about myself...that no person on the face of the earth could ever have any knowledge of. It was too detailed, too personal, and too coincidental for it to just be happenstance for her to have had such a dream. A few weeks from my final lucid dream, all of these oddities have stopped. The correlation was too coincidental. The whole experience rattled me so much, that I am getting professional help. Both because of how spooked I became, and to make sure that I don't have paranoid schizophrenia

As someone who grew up on Seneca Lake in NY, the guns aren't preceded by clouds. You'll just be outside on a bright, sunny day with no clouds in the sky, then suddenly a huge crash comes down from the sky. The prevailing theory is that caverns under the lake collapse, and that causes a reverberation that echoes back from the atmosphere. It's unnerving, to be sure, but you just ignore it. It actually took time to get used to them not being there after I moved away.

I have to call BS about LSD having to be ingested. It absolutely does absorb through skin. It is urban legend that Jimi Hendrix placed liquid LSD on his headband, so it would absorb gradually into his skin during performances. True? I'm not sure but body heat and heat from stage lights would make it less potent. I would definitely call a person thinking his head was molten metal and another thinking he was being attacked by snakes as hallucinations. LSD in low doses enhances existing emotions tremendously. Hallucinations occur at higher doses. Everyone will experience it differently and for different periods of time. Some never recover from a "bad trip". It depends on how emotionally stable a person is to begin with. This absolutely fits the pattern of governmental experimentation of hallucinogens or nerve agents of some form.
