I like the way you told about the PM challenges in the construction PM. I am trying to break into the market of PM constructions companies on undeveloped market, like Balkan region. Hey Jason, first video of yours I’ve seen. Just subscribed btw. I have a bachelors in mechanical engineering and a masters in civil engineering. I have experience in engineering design, water/sewer, land development, transportation, architecture PM, logistics and procurement (supply chain management), infrastructure planning and execution, permitting. Live in Miami, FL. I left my corporate design job to get back into construction with the goal of being a PM or superintendent and climbing the ladder in the company. I have an interview next week btw and I’m very optimistic about it. I believe I would be a valuable asset to any company. With that said… what, if any, advice or guidance do you have for me??? I would intern as a field engineer as much as possible and as soon as you can with a company that knows how to do it!
