Isolation is meant to give you time to fill your own cup, to teach you self-love, and to show you the ways in which you have been tipping your cup to pour into others, who are not pouring into you, creating an unbalanced and unhealthy energetic exchange which only leads to burnout. It teaches us that in order to truly help another our cup must be full and overflowing and to give from that overflow. Because isolation is showing up as lonely and hard it is pointing you towards a false belief within yourself that needs to be looked at and therefore gives you a choice- do you want to stay this version of you or do you want to ascend past it? Isolation is required if you are meant to assist in the co-creation of the new world. And the frequency of ongoing isolation is dependent on the mission you signed up for. In order to move on to your next task in your mission, you must be okay with going back into isolation periodically, at the least. Which means our initial isolation period continues until it is no longer hard or lonely, but PREFERRED and ful-fill-ing (you have filled your cup till it is full). The only way to do this is by going deep into yourself and stripping away anything that doesn’t align with your true self (who you are on a soul level). In this process, we let go of people, places, things that also don’t align with where we are going (back to our authentically divine, sovereign, and innocent nature). When all is stripped away, you will be living the embodied essence of your higher self, which is self loving, self confident, and enjoys time with themselves to recharge (bc hermit mode will become your new “home base”) from the chaotic world we are working so hard to transmute and alchemize. When you begin to see isolation as a gift rather than a burden, you will know you’re heading in the right direction. Happy shadow work, my fellow divine human being! Always remember, everything needed to be successful in this journey, is al-ready inside of you! 🫂🫶🏻

Thank you for this. You just answered a question I've been having. I've been staying with a guy I've wanted to leave but my soul kept saying that I needed to stay. I couldn't figure out why. I knew he had some traits a few xs had (which is 1 reason why I wanted to leave) but I learned clearly there's a lesson here that I need to learn. Learning the lesson of setting boundaries is a big reason for me. My soul just reached out to that specific reason like it was a lightbulb in a dark room. Since I was young I've always struggled with boundaries. Being with abusive people didn't help. One thing I needed to learn during my separation phase of my twin flame relationship was setting boundaries. It didn't dawn on me til now that he was teaching me how to set boundaries.
