Asuka’s poke game is what got me to from tenryu to flame ruler. I dropped all my combos and literally did nothing but poke strings like 1,3 and 3,1 lolll thank god for those delays

4:58 a bit off-topic but this very method can be applied to Lee Chaolan's WSuf4 to get a i15 launcher (input is u hold tap~into neutral,flicked uf4) from While Standing (Raising). I used to do this in Tag Tournament 1 alot to avoid i18 Somersault Kick/Law Flipper

Better everything, damage, heat smash, overall benefits more from the heat system. Think even her b+3 is better.

Her WS 1+2 got also nerfed but they found a better combo. Her 10f punish is probably the best in the game even tho it takes recoverable damage Better poking better lows way higher damage Better Frames on almost all moves The only thing asuka is better at if your opponent is hella dumb and goes for the same setup all the time. She can sabaki parry almost everything. However this is a big however. If she misses she dies except f 2+3.

Depends. If you want to win the TWT and have the best shot at it, then Asuka's probably not the character for you. If you're just playing for fun, then there's no real reason to not play any character really.

i swear to god the only thing that keeps her alive are these ultra niche things. Holding her rage art. Parrying into full launch. Only things that are better than jun. What does jun get ? Everything. Still hella salty that they took out so many strings and extentions. The placement of 3;4 to df 3+4 is the most godforsaken thing i´ve seen. If you anticipate a low and try to cancan the shit out of your opponent in crucial moments the controller fucks you over with df 3+4. Eating a million damage since it´s also a counter hit

It just seems haphazardly implemented. Like it really doesn't interact with most of her toolkit the way Starburst does for Claudio. The NWG moves are good, but at the same time they just feel tacked on without much thought put into it.
