Thank you for your comments. I agree since there is no realistic reproduction of the original like a concert hall. It is just impossible in my listening space...

I think that you can get something really enjoyable and emotionally engaging, but there is no one perfect sound!

I'm late to this video, but it's great I really enjoyed it. You seem genuine and down to earth in your approach to hifi/music. I'm excited to see the great videos coming up. I really liked your approach on the how the artist intended bit, it's a very realistic and refreshing way to look at it.

Thanks for the kind words! Yes, I think that connecting to the music is really the biggest benefit I get from my system, makes sense that the artists would appreciate that.

Great channel so far! I'm sure many of us would appreciate a down to earth "real world" opinion on practical acoustic treatments. Future video? Cheers!

Hi Blue360, thanks great idea! My room is not really typical, but I did get some plastic diffusor panels that I put on the wall behind me, it did make the soundstage open up a bit. I'll look into the idea of testing some treatments for a future video, I like it.

I will proudly call myself an audiophile, but I'm not climbing up onto the roof....
