Forgot to mention about legs - the heavier your legs, the harder it becomes for more advanced calisthenics like full planche, front lever, Maltese, human flag etc 😅🤦🏻

I was working out consistently at a solid weight of 162lbs and sub 10% body fat about 3 years ago. But after a separation from my wife, and the depression which soon followed, as a single dad of 3 small children, life got overwhelming and I lost my passion for working out and sacrificed all of my hard work. I went from 160lbs to 196lbs of trash diet and no exercise. I recently started working out again and am currently down to 182lbs. Your videos have always been amazing to watch. The discipline you show is extremely inspiring. I have never tried calisthenics, but watching your videos has always stirred a curiosity and interest. After I cut all this weight and get back to my prime, I'm going to begin training towards some of the amazing exercises you are able to perform using your videos. THANK YOU for your commitment to the cause and being such a positive influence in a world of negativity! You truly are an inspiration! And an absolute BEAST! Keep crushing it!

Calisthenics has changed my life. I went through severe depression and got hooked on p*rn addiction and gained 30 pounds. Now I’m free from p*rn addiction. In the best shape of my life at 161 pounds and able to perform a one arm pull up, front lever, human flag, straddle planche, muscle ups, archer pull ups, etc.

The thing I hate at chalistenic is verry long plateaus due to weight imbalances, for example if I gain 1kg,I would perform badly at planche for months, until I get more strength to make up for the extra weight(while the progress still exists,it is annoying that you see your current strength declining, instead of growing)

I can't do full planche🗿, i've tried and i was fully ground work at the time (by ground work i meant like push up, plank, etc) but now my core is to weak to do even a move of the planche (not full planche) but i now am more worked at moves that used bars like pull up, Chin up, human flag and i am thinking that i am more close to do the front lever than i ever to do full planche.

Happy to be able to comment on this video, after all these years... What eventually started as an estethic reason, fitness, more in particular calisthenics changed my life. I started watching your videos in like 2019 and I really enjoyed it like the calisthenics everywhere series or vlog series. The game u guys played THENX where everyone gets a letter if they can't do the move was really fun. I started calisthenics when I can only do 5 pull ups and 20 push ups, now I can do one arm FL, Supinated straddle planche, almost one arm handstand, learning more advanced calisthenics skills like the touch FL or FLPU. You are a huge inspiration to me, there are many times in my calisthenics journey where I injuried myself without proper warm up. I even had a pain in my forearm before when i was learning the planche and turns out it was mainly because I had a tight Forearm and I didn't massage and stretch it enough, I focused too much in the training part than the rehab part. Nevertheless, during these dark times where I injuried myself and wanted to give up, you are the one that kept me going. I hope you see this comment and in the future, I think you can ask Osvaldo to do some more advanced calisthenics tutorials or even u can do it like the planche press, touch FL, etc. You can also share more of your experience in learning these skills and I hope you would find my comment useful as to give u some ideas for your future videos, love you Chris !
