I've been freelancing for about 3 years now and I can relate to you 100%. You really said a lot of things i have gone through and man it's such a crazy coaster but i absolutely love it. how did you find your agency jobs ? i'm just starting out i do both photo and video , thanks!

The first one they contacted me via Instagram after I had been posting for a while, it was a really small digital agency and they were wanting to bring me on to do video mainly. For the second one, I started following them on instagram and was really interested in working with them, contacted the head of video production there just to chat and then a few months later a friend contacted me about an opening they had and somewhat recommended me. All that to say, being active in my city’s production community and just being friendly had gone along way! I would also say really ask around about agency’s and production companies in your area. Before I worked at one I didn’t know that there are a ton of them where I’m based. I hope you find something!! Thanks for checking out the video!
