17-20’s are my favorite! I used to work at an aprilia dealer for 3 1/2 years and I’ve seen em all from #2 of 100 Tuono Misano editions to a RSVR 1000 Bol D’or, great bikes lol i even owned a 03’ RSV Mille it was #22 made in the last production year and only had 1100 miles on it when I bought it in may of 2020 😎

If you can find em, you can get one under $20k, I’ve been eyeing a 17’ RF for $15,995 (originally was 17,995) with only 5500 miles on it! It’s been at this dealer for over a year and I don’t think it’s selling anytime soon lol

@V990Crazy thats not a bad price at all! The 1100's tend to still be on the pricey side I think. But there is absolutely nothing wrong with a rsv41000 either

I have a 2023, still no fuel gauge, but honestly other bikes that have one and it doesn't work properly. Shows full when tank is half full at best ... so I would rather have none than a bad one.

I actually prefer the ‘17 through ‘20 generation more than the new design. I think they screwed some design elements up.

So glad someone else share's that opinion!! The biggest thing that got me right off the bat with the new model was the handlebar controls. They feel so tacky and cheap compared to these models.

@@JKMotoEntertainment - Oh no. How about the tail section? How did they swap out that beautiful teardrop-shaped curvature for that flat boredom? And what’s with the front wheel? You can see the whole thing in the profile, instead of some of it being hidden by the side fairings. Looks like a damn dirt bike.

I have a 2016 RSV4 RR with standard levers and yep, I had the exact same issue when trying to lower my clutch lever. It kept reducing the Traction Control. And yes, PLEASE can we get fuel guages!?

Lots of misinformation. It is not a tuono engine. Tuono makes 170bhp. Theres a lpt more that was done to it to make it put out 217bhp. The 21+ engine is slightly different stroke but everything else is mostly the same as the 19-20 1100s
@JKMotoEntertainment Жыл бұрын
Wouldn't quite call that a lot. And I might need to check my facts but I wouldn't build a complete new engine that was the exact same size just to gain a few hp.

@@JKMotoEntertainment it's not a Tuono engine. The only thing it shares with the Tuono is the crank. Rods, pistons and the entire heads are different.

@workingclasscustoms so what I got from that is that the engine is identical except for the head?? 😂 also I just shaved some material off my lever to stop it hitting the TC button.. seems to work fine for me but I wouldn't be doin it to some tastey aftermarket ones..
