to clear this up i never actually finished my question about the seats because i have the attention span of a guppie. Those of you with Golf R's that aren't the base models, Do your passenger seats have 6-8 way power seats or just a manual lever. Thanks lol

I have the DAP package and my passenger seat is manual foward and back, power recline, manual up and down and manual lumbar

2018 mk7.5 and it has power everything on the drivers seat including lumbar and forward back slide. i'm pretty sure they only offered 1 trim level for my year

Good to see you in my recommendations feed again! I'll watch a few of your other videos and catch up. I'm an IS38 GTI driver and sometimes wish I had more traction. But I'm okay 99% of the time. My 2017 is at 173,000 miles now. 🙂 Take Care!

definitely need a TDI for a daily, 40+ mpg easily and im sure you can get away with a full delete in wisconsin. Maybe when diesel prices go down though... :D

Nice I love Vw/Audis I drive a Vw cc 3.6 4 motion lowered with super pro sway bars it handles like crazy my other car is a mk2 gti with a vr6 conversion as my toy I also had a b5 s4 but it was too much to maintain so I sold it your like the perfect girl 🔥

As an MK7 R owner, agree on all 5 🙂👍 My passenger seat slide with manual lumbar and electric recline. Full load With a Simple Unitronic stage 1 , run 12.6 1/4 mile Love my 7.5 euro tails and power folding mirrors w/ puddle lights Winter stored now. Audi A3 8p mt as a winter daily.

You mentioned the look of the "wagon". I wish we got something like the Aerteon Shooting Brake. Having a wagon in the United States would be nice. Would love an R, but the the used prices for R's are pretty insane. Wouldn't mind getting a MK7 GTI and using that as a daily.

That front window was bugging me on the video 😂. The US spec is an odd one being different spec R's. Here in the UK all of the R's have the radar for the acc in the grille but the electric seats are an option. Although we only have one spec of R. The rest are just options fitted. My R-line has the radar in the grille as standard but got the optional Dynaudio sound system

yaay you are back! so good to see a new video of you here! I personally prefer the Haldex over the Subaru's or BMWs AWD system for sure. I've owned Subarus and BMWs and I'm going to agree with you. To me, Haldex works better than the "symmetrical AWD". You definitely get better mileage with the haldex too!!!

Being used to my mk5 gti seats, which I love, golf r seats felt different mostly because they leather and you “slide” a lil more in them, but I got used to it
